Qous & Keel Charter Terms

Charters require a minimum duration of two hours, with hourly rates ranging from AED 600 to AED 18,900. All displayed rates include VAT. To lock in your requested date and time, a 30% deposit is required. We do not hold calendar dates without receiving this initial payment. You can initiate your booking by contacting us through the WhatsApp button on this site. Our team responds within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily to confirm availability and process your deposit.

If adverse marine conditions prevent your vessel from sailing, you retain full control over how to proceed. In such instances, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a complete refund according to your choice. If you need to modify or cancel your booking for personal reasons, contact our team via the WhatsApp button. We handle all schedule adjustments and cancellation requests directly through our chat channel during our operating hours of 9:00 to 23:00 GST.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, onto our vessels without paying any corkage fee. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar service can be arranged on request. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Guest count must remain within the maximum capacity of the reserved vessel, which reaches up to 90 people on our largest craft. No passports or physical ID documents are needed to board.

Comprehensive insurance is included in the charter price for all 88 yachts and boats in our fleet. Additional amenities and activities can be added upon request prior to departure, including water sports such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, banana rides, seabobs, and snorkelling gear, as well as fishing tackle, sound systems, live entertainment, and car transfers. Guests are responsible for using onboard equipment safely under the direction of the captain and crew.
